About your host

I am a FISI qualified snowboard teacher since 2007 and race coach since 2009; I do snowboarding since I was 14 and I felt in love with it already after the first try at the baby slope! During my career I learnt about teaching freestyle and freeride from the best italian coaches. I teach snowboarding in Bardonecchia from 2010 and I perfectly know where to find the right snow to enjoy freeriding!!!

What we’ll do

The day begin 9.00 and the meeting point is at Bardonecchia ski&snowboard school, where we can meet each other and I can give you all the necessary equipment. (backpack, shovel, artva, stick, snowshoes and splitboard) I will explain you the program of the day, with few infos about the safety off-pist and how to use the freeride equipment. What else you should know

I know off-pist runs for every technical level and fitness. We do some warm up runs on the slopes to check the level of the group and be ready for the tour. Feel free to contact me for any further question, I'll be happy to help you.

I always bring some energy snack to share with the group and enough water for everyone

Safety equipment

I will provide arta, stick and shovel for the safety off-pist

What to bring

The guests should have their boards, their lift passes and their helmet

Where you'll be

After the meeting at the skischool, we will get the free shuttle bus to Jafferau ski area. There we will get first the gondola, and than the ''punta Ban chairlift''. We will have at least 2 runs on the slopes to warm up and check the skills of the group, to be sure that the run is accessible to everybody. It is an easy run, and I can help you along the way, so don't worry!!! Now we are ready to reach the top and enjoy the Val fredda freeride run

Guest requirements

Up to 6 guests ages 15 and up can attend. The guests should manage a red slope run to do the off-pist tour.
