About your host

I am a registered yoga teacher who loves the water. I’ve been a RYT since 2013, but I have 2 years active experience. Yoga + water = AquaYoga! Water is plentiful in Florida. Its why so many people come here. A water workout provides 12 times the resistance of air, but it is low impact. Water allows for especially nice stretches because it is supportive. It improves balance because there is always…

What we’ll do

During your AquaYoga lesson you’ll perform yoga poses in the pool using your own body and with props such as a kickboard. You’ll lightly warm-up with yoga postures and move to more challenging aqua aerobics. You’ll then cool down with more water-friendly yoga poses. You will enjoy instruction, suggested modifications and encouragement as needed. AquaYoga props will also be provided. You choose the…

What else you should know

We can use my pool or a body of water of your choosing within reason. It must be public though.

What I’ll provide

Sports equipment

What to bring

Bottle of water (optional)

Where you'll be

AquaYoga will take place in a body of water. A pool is ideal because the steps, ladders and walls can be used as props. Also, the current will not prevent you from holding poses.

Guest safety

Outdoor activities carry risks, and you may be exposed to dangerous situations as part of this experience. Make sure you can participate safely given your abilities and the conditions (such as location, weather, and equipment).

Things to keep in mind

Cancellation policy

Any experience can be canceled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Communication policy

Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside of the Airbnb website or app.

Guest requirements

Up to 2 guests ages 18 and up can attend. Parents may also bring children under 2 years of age. Guests should be able to get in and out of the pool on their own. Children should be supervised at all times.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.

More tips
