What you'll do
Relax. Tune in. Cook. & Enjoy. We’ll be cooking a balanced 3 course meal and learning how to make simple, yet delicious and nourishing recipes. Each class is focused on one specific emotion (eg. joy or self love) I’ll explain its oriental background, to which foods, cooking styles, flavours it’s connected to & teach you how to keep it in balance. Then we'll get cooking & enjoy the meal together. All the dishes are vegan, gluten free, using local and seasonal ingredients.

I'm Vanessa, a whole-food chef, holistic health coach, illustrator and founder of The Bright Lagoon - a platform of wholesome inspiration, where eastern nutrition meets the western lifestyle. Where you'll be
We'll be in my cozy, quiet flat in east London, Hackney. A. very upcoming area filled with coffee shops, vegan cafes, farmers markets, wine bars, yoga studios and artsy shops.
