What you'll do

1 hour 30 minutes by direct bus from Haneda Airport, 1 hour 30 minutes by train from Shinjuku, while Hakone and Gotenba are halfway through the seasonal Mt. Fuji, surrounded by nature filled with seasonal flowers, This is a vegetable harvest experience. A variety of vegetables are cultivated, especially rare vegetables, Japanese varieties and Western vegetables. And while strolling through the shopping streets, you can buy souvenirs and visit sake breweries while procuring ingredients such as fish shops and specialty products for lunch. (From November to April, appearance only) Why don't you cook your own lunch? We will teach you Japanese dishes of intangible cultural assets such as rice, miso soup, vegetable dishes, fish dishes, and fried eggs. Finally, why don't you take a bath while watching Mt. Fuji? It is a place where only local people come, but it feels very good.In January, the rowby festival will be held, and in February the early blooming cherry blossom festival will be held. It is rare to see cherry blossoms in February near the city center. This is the only place where you can see Mt. Fuji, rape blossoms and cherry blossoms. This Matsuda-cho is a place where early blooming cherry blossoms are lit up and you can feel Japan. It is recommended.

Since I was a kid, I have been a farmer for fishing, harvesting wild plants, making rice, making vegetables, and pickles. I have over 30 years of experience. I also work as a teacher to pass on Japanese culture to the next generation. As part of the lesson, we also cultivated vegetables and then cooked. The restaurant also has vegetables. I have a qualification as a food hygiene manager.

Then, take a walk around local fisheries, butchers, bakeries, souvenir shops, and prepare for lunch and cook. After that, let's go to the hot spring to talk about Japanese culture.
