What you'll do
We brought you the #1 AirBnb experience in Oaxaca, the Street Art Bike Ride. Now, we offer you this walking version, for all of you who will enjoy this walking!
Oaxaca is a magical city. The skies are deep blue in the heart of the valley. Women in embroidered huipiles, colourful houses, flowers on the trees, parades and local people garnish the streets. And then there's the street art.
We will be walking around 3 neighbourhoods of the city visiting interesting spots, art workshops, and of course... street art. They are everywhere: big murals, stencils, posters. Oaxacan Artists are abundant and very talented. Its like visiting an outdoor museum.
During the experience we will have time to visit some interesting galleries and artists.
Other things to note
Hola! Please consider that this is a walking tour. So, bring comfortable clothes and shoes. This city is warm, so get ready for the sun please.

Hola.
We are Carlos and Margo. We are outdoor adventure enthutiasts, and founders of Coyote Aventuras. We love to explore magical places and share these places with others.
Our passion for street art in Oaxaca started as we met the local artists, who shared with us the stories behind their art. We found a really interesting combination of creativity, activism, art and courage.

Jesse was a really good teacher! She taught me about a lot of the symbolism, Oaxaca traditions and rituals that end up reflecting in the street art and are needed to understand the artists.
Given the group size I was lucky that Jesse also gave me the opportunity to choose what type of art I was more interested in and show me more of that specific style. Overall was a great tour and I would strongly recommend!

I was fortunate enough to be Yesi’s sole client. I’ve been visiting Oaxaca for many years and have noticed the burgeoning street art. Yesi walked me through Xochimilco, Jalatlaco and Centro and explained so much street art. We visited some print galleries finally - very worthwhile indeed and absolutely no pressure to buy. A pleasant outdoors experience during this Covid period.

This was an outstanding tour! I got to see parts of the city that I would not normally see and it provided a window on the creative arts scene in this gorgeous city! Yesi was an articulate and intelligent guide. I also enjoyed the group, an added benefit for a solo traveller!
