This experience combines two of my passions, hiking in LA and animal welfare. I run, providing hiking and biking tours in LA, and many foster pets have befriended our guides. Daisy’s Hope Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Our primary mission is to reduce the shelter overpopulation by providing subsidized spay and neuter services, vaccinations and microchips, a pet pantry, and other resources to help low income, senior, and at-risk pet owners in crisis situations to keep their pets out of the shelter system.
This is a social impact experience where 100% of what you pay for this experience goes to Daisy's Hope Foundation. .

What we’ll do

I'll bring my dog Tucker (he was a rescue, too), plus any rescue dogs I’m currently fostering who are looking for loving permanent homes. Bring your friendly dogs, too, and we’ll have one very happy group! The dogs will socialize (and so will the humans!), plus we’ll all get some sunshine and exercise, the key to beating jet lag. What else you should know

Be sure to wear closed-toe athletic clothes for a good hike. Check weather and dress appropriately. Yes, your dogs are welcome on the hike as well!
