What you'll do
We'll welcome you to our home in Amsterdam, where we usually invite friends to dinner. We'll replicate the same environment: we'll make you feel at home and after a few introductions and the first glass of wine, we'll make real pasta from zero. You'll get your hands dirty with flour and eggs. We'll also be busy making the sauce for the pasta (tomato sauce, or pesto, or others, depending on the season and ingredients available). After cooking it finally having lunch all together, chatting about Italy and way to say. Everything with a glass of wine to taste better. We like to know people and share our Italian traditions. We are proud of our country and we want to teach to everyone how to enjoy the best pasta.

I'm a super host in Italy, Rome, and I moved to Amsterdam with my husband. We are both Italian and we love food, the hand made one, the real pasta, bread, focaccia and much more. Everything accompanied by a glass of wine. We like to meet and know different people from all over the world. We love traveling to see, touch and sniff places. We think living in a different city/country, is the only way to feel it. That's also why it is so important to us to talk and listen to people stories.
We'll make our own pasta: flour, water, egg and everything needed for the sauce.
