What you'll do
We will welcome you at the cellar, where we will start by introducing our House and our region, with a glass of Crémant d'Alsace (sparkling wine) and bretzels. Then we will visit the family cellar, dating back to 1850, where you will discover our centenary oak casks, which we are still using nowadays to make our wines. Alongside the wine tasting, I initiate you to food and wine pairing with a small delicatessen board. This will be a way to make you discover our local specialities and our local specificities like the Pinot Gris Rosé or the rare Klevener from Heiligenstein ! I will offer you a bottle of our mulled wine and a free entry for the Gingerbread House Fortwenger, straight across the winery In this way you will discover the richness of the Alsatian gastronomy and wine while enjoying the place (old cellar totally renovated in 2015 - mix of authenticity and modernity.
My husband Yvan and I operate a family vineyard, created in 1778 in Alsace, few kilometers south of Strasbourg. We are the 11th generation of winemakers, from the same family. We love to share our passion for the wine through our family history, our little cellar secrets, in a sympathic and warm atmosphere. The ZEYSSOLFF family cask, made in 1897 specially for the World Fair in Paris, is one of our main curiosity. We welcome you with pleasure in our winetasting cellar called "Au Péché Vigneron".
Tasting of various wines fromo our production and some local cheese. Of course you will taste some Foie Gras.

The winetasting is done in the tasting room, or if the weather allows it, on the small terrace in front of the cellar. I will take you into the cellar where you will be able to discover our centenary oak casks and you will then visit the gingerbread museum, straight across the winery.
