What you'll do

Let's learn about foraging local herbs and cooking recipe from the expert. we will share knowledge of how to use herb as food healing yet tasty. We will start the journey from farm to table experience, harvest fresh and seasonal vegetables from our farm and nearby forest to create beautiful meal in traditional Lanna cuisine and complete the day with turmeric tea. The kitchen set up is outdoor cooking style with clay pot and charcoal stove same as my grandmther's kitchen which you will get the authenticity of local cuisine and learn about local culture through food and cooking.

Main-host Mae, organic farm owner, food blogger and certified chocolate taster who passionate about cooking organic food and healthy diet, I believe that nature has a lot to offer especially local knowledge so I invite my mom to share her secrete recipe of Chian mai local cuisine. I grew up as helper in my mom and my grandmother's kitchen. Everyday we cook local dishes and share to our neibour and cousins. They enjoy sharing the local wisdom and cooking skills that have been passed down from generation to generation. I speak Thai as well as English and Chinese.

Where you'll be

Buddha Raksa Nature Farm is my organic farm is surrounded by teak forests at its best balance of nature and sustainable organic plantation, located in the outskirts of Chiangmai Amphur Doi Saket around 45 min. drive from old town. We care about food and environment and offer our guest natural and organic herbs and vegetables to create healthy diet.
