2.5 hours
Includes food, drinks, transportation

What you'll do

Max 8 people!

The only way to see EVERYTHING in such a short time, North and South of the Arno river! Florence is flat and a bike is the fastest and cheapest solution to move faster and avoid traffic restrictions.

A very easy ride through the small alleys of the city centre to reach all the main squares and monuments in Florence, having enough time to talk about the best food, our traditions and tips for your stay in this beautiful town!
10 stops to discover and understand the most popular landmarks in town: Duomo, Santa Croce, Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio, San Lorenzo, Via Tornabuoni, Santa Maria Novella, Pitti Palace, Santo Spirito and much more!
We'll breathe in the local atmosphere riding bikes as many locals use to do everyday, due the many safe pedestrian areas: perfect way to find also the sides of Florence that are still off the beaten path.
After we finish our ride in the city, we'll stop to have a gelato in one of the best spots in town, very close to the bike rental. After all, gelato was also invented during the Renaissance!

This activity is more about culture then about riding bikes for sport; if you prefer something different, reach further locations or use e-bikes instead of the regular ones, just ask!

What about an e-bike ride through the typical Tuscan countryside? https://www.airbnb.it/experiences/250888
Other things to note
This activity is a city tour, so all partecipants will ride slowly, in the city center, to move through the iconic landmarks of the city with stops for explainations. We have some child seats for kids weighing up to 22kg (50 pounds), as well as a bike trailer and bikes for kids over eight years old.

Hi there! I'm Gabriele, 29 years old, born and raised in Florence. I'm an OFFICIAL tour guide, and owner of Florentbike, where since 2013 my wife and I started to organize bike tours dedicated only to small groups.
I love to show the unique city of Florence to people from all over the world, from the squares to the many museums of the old town, trying to make my best in any conditions!
The team of co-hosts that you may meet when I'm not available is selected by me and my wife: they are all nice, expert and certified guides of Florence.

Gabriele was a fantastic, animated story teller and we had a brilliant time. The tour was well organised but with the right amount of flexibility. Great Gelato at the end :) Definitely recommended!

A fun bike tour around the main sights of Florence. Gabriele was a lovely tour guide and was open to questions (even ones that went off topic). A lovely personalised tour as it ended up being just the three of us. The gelato at the end was amazing - a nice touch.

Super consigliato!

Highly recommended! As a guide tour should be. My girlfriend and i were unanimous that we had the best guide tour of our life. We were not bored with just historical facts. The guide told us about the culture, history, society, and that while cycling through the city. He was also more than open to our various questions (he really knows everything). It is also extraordinary that he does all this in an enthusiastically authentic way. A unique combination, thank you for that.
