Laureate of some contest in France I am excited to share with you my passion for pastry. Fondant au chocolat, éclair, crêpes, paris-brest and all the classic of french pastries won't have any secrets for you. My courses will be both sweet and rooted in French techniques. Each class will be adapt to the level don't pressure yourself come to have fun 1st and the magic will do the rest ! Feel free to ask me if you want to bake something specific.
