Rohit’s tea ceremony was one of those rare experiences that feels less like an activity and more like stepping into a different rhythm of time. Everything was beautifully considered: the quality and character of the teas, the ritual of preparing them, the quiet atmosphere, the music, the aromas, even the pauses between conversations. Rohit himself brings something difficult to manufacture: genuine warmth, presence, and remarkably good energy. He explains the teas and the tradition without ever making the experience feel academic or rehearsed; instead, it becomes intimate, curious, almost meditative. Each tea seemed to unfold slowly, with its own personality and story. I arrived expecting to taste good tea and left feeling unusually centered, as if the ceremony had quietly rearranged the pace of the day. Elegant without being pretentious, spiritual without trying too hard to be spiritual, and deeply human. A beautiful experience I would gladly return to. Thanks for the poem!
