While a wonderful aperitif with Prosecco and Cicchetti followed by a Mediterranean meal based on fish and seafood accompanied by Venetian wine and at the end a typical Tiramisu is waiting for us. Let's catapult ourselves into the history of the world's longest-running fish and fruit market, the Rialto Market where I will tell you how the Venetians have always lived. Among its stalls, we will rip out some interesting stories from the old traders always ready for a nice joke.
Finished our tour at the market, we take a shortcut .. we jump on the gondola to cross the canal .. in 3/4 minutes just the time to take some pictures continuing to live in the Venetian style, and here we are already on the other side.
in the last ten minutes of walking, let's enjoy Venice without having to keep our eyes on the map ... Into the labyrinth of the narrow streets of Cannaregio district passing by the famous Ghetto "Jewish quarter"telling its story we will reach our Restaurant.

I am Luca and I would like to share with you the experience I collected over the last two decades while in the restaurant business field.
My passions lay in the different aspects of world exploration, among which tasting the vast variety of gastronomic flavors imaginable. Initially, after studies, I worked as a head barista in some of the best cafes in Milan, Italy and abroad. Later as a journalist at Corriere Della Sera. I studied history, philosophy and alimentary science, and developed a love for the art of food, that couldn't be burned out of me, and it grew to be love for Art & Food.

Luca has an amazing amount of knowledge of Venice and shows this when telling his stories. This is only matched by the dinner experience and wine pairing after you walk thru beautiful Venice and the Ghetto area. We meet lovely people and stayed late into the night enjoying travel stories and wine after the event finished.

The experience with Luca was absolutely enchanting! Luca brought Venice to life through his stories, passion and food! Luca went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and created a setting for us to connect with the other travelers. The culinary experience was beyond expectations- the food was fresh and flavorful, presentation exquisite, and the drinks were generous. The group chose to socialize well beyond the experience which added to my overall satisfaction with the experience. I highly recommend this to other travelers! Thank you Luca for sharing your talents and city and an extra thank you for being such a gracious and engaging host!

Luca is the BEST host of all time. He's a modern-day Renaissance man - cook, storyteller, and tour guide. Honestly, there are not enough good words I can say about this man and the experience he has to share. If there is only one experience you can do while in Venice, make sure you book this one. You won't regret it - I promise.
