What you'll do
I'll give you a lecture on Japanese traditional seasoning, miso first.
You'll know how the miso is categorized, what are the differences among them, how to choose good quality of miso, what kinds of benefit it has, what you need to keep in your mind when you eat miso,and so on.
And then, we read through the recipe of miso making together over Japanese herb tea.
After the sitting session, we move to the kitchen to make miso together.
I will also teach you how to prepare some Japanese dishes using miso paste.
We can enjoy the dinner that we made together after the lesson.
This experience is held at my private home in the countryside, and the duration of the class is 6 hours.
Other things to note
Miso is made mainly from soy beans, therefore if you are allergic to soy, this experience is not suitable.
I cook and teach only vegan food.
Not a single animal product including eggs, dairy is used.
If you are allergic to some ingredients, tell me before hand.
