What you'll do

This retreat is for you to clear your thoughts, slow down and get new energy. You get a nourishing day for body, mind and soul that gives you clarity for the next steps in your life.
Nature welcomes you with its beauty and abundance. You take deep breaths and surrender into the silence of the forest. Breathing techniques and body exercises free your body from tension. You become aware of the present moment.
A quiet walk along the lake make space to new thoughts and makes it easy for you to tell about yourself and your heart’s desires. We take our time and arrive at the restaurant at your pace. There we enjoy a delicious lunch in a relaxed atmosphere.
In the afternoon we are inside. In my cozy meditation room has already the right atmosphere to relax. You make yourself comfortable in an armchair or by lying down and I lead you into your soul landscape.
Once there, you will clearly feel which habits and thought patterns are not good for you. You can easily transform them with my help. Then we turn to your wishes and your special qualities. In your inner landscape they become visible to you. They become part of you and support you in taking a new, easier path in life. You find a home inside of you. This results in a deep relaxation on all levels.

The easiest way to be happy is to let nature help you. I will show you how to relax easily with the help of Shinrin-Yoku. In the silence of nature you can cleanse your mind, gain clarity and become aware of what your next steps will look like.
I am a trained holistic coach and passionate Shinrin Yoku guide. I have been working as a coach since 2008. I am guiding Forest bathing courses and AirBnB activities since April 2019.
I´m originally from Germany. I can guide you in English, Swedish or German.

Where you'll be

We spend the day in the beautiful lake area of the romantic village of Tollered.
10:00 to 12:00 we are in a quiet, untouched forest.
12:00 to 14:00 walk, conversation, lunch in the lakeside hotel.
14:00 to 15:00 A break which you design according to your own needs.
15:00 to 17:00 Guided meditation / energy work in the quiet meditation room. Conversation with tea / coffee.
The schedule can be individually adapted to the weather and your needs.

Any experience can be canceled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

More tips

Please dress warmer than for a walk. It is shady in the forest and we will not move much. Waterproof clothing and shoes are recommended. Please bring extra warm clothes in a bag / backpack at any time of the year. If you have cozy clothes for the afternoon, you can leave them in the meditation room.
