About your host

I was born and raised on the beautiful island of Jamaica. Being the granddaughter of a farmer, I always had an appreciation for local foods. However, the influence of Rastafarian culture in my late teens developed my true passion for food. I am currently a holistic nutrition educator, wellness author, and sustainable-living advocate.
