What you'll do
We are going to prepare some traditional argentine "half moons" (a kind of croissant but different) and also alfajores with dulce de leche. We will put our hands in the dough, we will cook them and while they are in the oven we will be able to take some "mates" (a typical beverage) or other drinks like a water with flavor to ginger (home made). Then we will fill the alfajores and we will sit down to the table to savour what has been prepared with tea or mate.

We're two friends who teach cooking classes. Gabriela: I was born in La Boca where my grandfather opened the neighborhood's first pasta house in the early 20th century. I also studied pastry with Las Monjas Suizas (sister Bernarda) in Buenos Aires. I am also an English teacher in companies and I speak Portuguese and Italian. Patricia: I learned to cook and knead with my mother when I was very young. I am an art curator and I live the experience of food and cooking as part of our cultural expression.
