What you'll do

Dinner with us means that you will discover Gozo from a new perspective. Over dinner you will learn more about food and agriculture on the Maltese islands and get new inspiration for what to discover in Gozo. You will get to know more about local food preparation techniques and taste our own creations inspired by what is growing on our field and around it. The quality of food products is very important to us. Whatever we don't grow on the field, we source from the farmers around us and from local artisans. What we will be cooking depends on how the weather is like, what is growing on the field and which family member is taking the lead in the kitchen that day. We will have appetizers, a main course and dessert. (Maybe a small bite of this or that will sneak in, in between). The meal is accompanied by our favourite island wine/ local beer or water. For you and for us it is most exciting to let loose of all boundaries and simply enjoy cooking and tasting. However, if you do have dietary restrictions, please let us know beforehand. We are looking forward to welcoming you in our home and preparing you a meal that will make you dream on.

My husband and me have been welcoming guests in our Bed & Breakfast Razzett Xemxi in Gozo for the past few years. The natural beauty of the island, our favourite spots to experience the Gozitan lifestyle, the variety of high-quality, local products - all this, we like to share with our guests. Our daughter Nina, who is a professionally trained chef has started to research and gather traditional agricultural and culinary knowledge in Gozo. Directly communicating and working with the Gozitan farmers around she has started to grow vegetables herself to get a better understanding of the product and the work behind it. Now, it gives us pleasure to life in the cycle of growing, cooking and harvesting. It also means: No more plastic packaging, no pesticides, no waste. We know where the food comes from, we have put our energy into it

Where you'll be

We will be serving you in our dining room in our traditional Maltese farmhouse that has been renovated by us with attention to the typical architectural features of the island. A lot of farmers are still living and working around us. You can easily reach our home by car/ bus/ bike or on foot.

Cancellation policy

Any experience can be canceled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Communication policy

Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside of the Airbnb website or app.

Guest requirements

Up to 6 guests of all ages can attend.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
