Everyone loves bread unfortunately not everyone can eat gluten. Good news we can make delicious crusty, nutty and springy bread without the gluten!!! Book now to come and join our Organic Buckwheat Sourdough Class. Guests welcomed on arrival by with a glass of alkaline water or herbal tea. Class will begin with making dough. Whilst bread is proving we will learn how to make a sourdough starter and have an introduction to sour dough history and gluten free techniques Then we bake bread!!!

I am an Eco Chef with 15 years experience. Focussing mainly in sustainability and using products that are organic and locally farmed. Being gluten free myself I have spent years trying to find bread that was organic and without lots of emulsifiers and additives. So I went on bread making quest to create a delicious, healthy bread that was springy and didn’t fall apart!
