About your host

I am a certified music therapist, licensed yoga instructor and meditation guide, teaching since 2013. Yoga has been such a big part of my personal healing and I love sharing that with others.

What we’ll do

We will meet at the lovely Alley Pond Park for outdoor yoga and meditation sessions. Please bring a yoga mat, towel, clothes appropriate to the weather, and water. Afterwards we will take a leisurely stroll through the beautiful preserve.

If you have any questions about yoga, or if you are new to practice, please don’t hesitate to ask any questions!

Where you'll be

We’ll begin our gentle yoga flow by setting up our mats in the main field in the park, afterwards walking through the lovely paths together, doing group walking meditation.

Cancellation policy

Any experience can be canceled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Communication policy

Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside of the Airbnb website or app.
