Where you'll be

We start at the Potsdamer Platz and will have a look on the ruins of one of the last luxury hotels of the Weimar Republic. Then we head to the former government quarter, from where we cruise through the baroque city to the beautiful Gendarmenmarkt. Afterwards we visit the Lustgarten Park at the former Berlin palace and its socialist surroundings and I will explain why the socialist authorities decided to rebuild a part of the Medieval old city.
