What you'll do
We welcome you to join our weekly park fitness boot camp sessions. Every session is high energy, action packed and super fun. All abilities welcome from total newbies to experienced fitness junkies! You'll be joined by a group of cool, like minded people. Our workouts are between 45-60mins. They're total body, fat burning, tummy toning workouts that are designed for ultimate results. We're a social boot camp, so we won't be barking orders or wearing cargo trousers. You'll be greeted by our motivational training team who will guide you step by step through the workout. PLEASE NOTE: Meet at 6pm, session runs from 615-715pm.
I'm the co-founder of Swift Fitness, London's leading Boot Camp Company. I'm a personal trainer, coach and instructor. I've lived in London for 10+ years and love the amazing outdoor spaces it has to offer. I've personally trainer hundreds of people in London, and been involved in the fitness industry for 12+ years.
We provide all the equipment you need for an awesome workout.

Where you'll be
We host our central fitness sessions in Green Park, overlooking Buckingham Palace. The session is right in the middle of one the best parks in London. Packed full of wonderful trees and open spaces. PLEASE NOTE: Meet at 6pm, session runs from 615-715pm.
Things to keep in mind
Any experience can be canceled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase.
Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside of the Airbnb website or app.
Up to 5 guests ages 18 and up can attend.
All abilities are welcome. We encourage everyone to go at their own pace. We're all super friendly & love to welcome new people. We stay in the same area of the park, so you'll never be left behind.
