What you'll do

@hikeandseektours #hikeandseektours Hike around Phillip Island's Cape Woolamai Nature Park in a small group (max 8 guests) and meet local wildlife from koalas to penguins! It’s time to hit the road! Enjoy a complementary tea or coffee and sit back and relax as we take the 2-hour drive down to Phillip Island. Our first stop is a surfer's dream beach, Cape Woolamai. From here we will lace up the boots and start our hike that will guide you through rugged rock formations, known as the Pinnacles. As we make our way to the highest point of Phillip Island you can witness stunning views over the Bass Strait and pounding surf below. Look out for wallabies, echidnas, shearwater birds and whales in the winter months. After our easy/moderate 6.8km hike we will head into Cowes for a delicious lunch at a local cafe. Next, we make our way to The Nobbies for an easy stroll along the boardwalk to discover breathtaking coastline views and the impressive thundering blowhole. This area is home to Australia’s largest seal colony, little penguins and silver gulls - It's a wildlife lover’s dream! As we return to Melbourne, we will head to Moonlit Sanctuary to get up close to our famous native animals including emus, dingos, wombats & koalas to name a few.

I'm James, an outdoor adventurer who decided to change career paths in 2016 and follow his dreams. Taking a big risk, I left my 9-5 job and founded Hike & Seek. I wanted to create a Melbourne based hiking business that specialises in small group (max 8) day trips that showcases the very best of Victoria while offering a safe and professional experience. Our intimate, small group experiences are designed for other like-minded folk who share the same enthusiasm, curiosity and sense of respect for nature and the outdoors that we have. Since our humble beginnings, Hike & Seek has grown into Melbourne's premier small group hiking business and we can honestly say that we love what we do. Myself, my partner Mette, office dog Phoenix & our amazing guides Leah, Ryan, Jackson & Michael make up the team. See you soon :) @hikeandseektours
