What you'll do

Keen to explore the famous Phillip Island with a local Aussie guide and meet some wildlife from koalas to penguins? @hikeandseektours we like to keep it small, so join the group of 8 other travellers for this memorable premium experience. It’s time to hit the road with one of our brand new vans while enjoying a complimentary coffee. Sit back and relax as we take the 2 hour drive down to Phillip Island. Our first stop is a surfer's dream beach, Cape Woolamai. From here we will start our easy-moderate 6.8km hike that will guide you through rugged rock formations, known as the Pinnacles. As we walk around this beautiful coastal walk you can witness stunning views over the Bass Strait and pounding surf below. Look out for wallabies, echidnas, shearwater birds and whales (only in whale season). After our hike we will head into the local town of Cowes for a delicious cafe lunch. Next, we’ll make our way to the Nobbies for an easy stroll along the boardwalk to discover breathtaking coastline views and the impressive thundering blowhole. This area is home to Australia’s largest seal colony, little penguins and silver gulls - Keep your eyes open! As we return to Melbourne, we will head to Moonlit Sanctuary to say G’day to our famous native animals including emus, dingoes, wombats & koalas to name a few. Our motto: Take nothing but pictures, leave nothing but footprints + have fun
