What you'll do

This will be a 3 hour leisure walk in easy trails in the forest where, inspired in the practice of the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku or forest bathing, you will be invited into different experiences that will awaken our senses, restoring our connection to nature and ourselves. There will be moments of silence and of sharing our experiences and stories, enriching the individual and collective experience of nature connection. By the end of the walk you will feel more relaxed and connected to the beauty, simplicity and uniqueness of yourself and nature.

I am a lover of nature and a certified Forest Therapy Guide and Mentor by the Nature and Forest Therapy Association and an embodiment practitioner for over 20 years. The Santuário da Peninha is my home Forest and I absolutely love to share it's beauty and treasures. As a guide, I simply open the doors for the forest to share with you all it's wonderful gifts of beauty, relaxation and ease.
