What you'll do

This is a one day PADI Scuba Diver Course and you will qualify as a PADI Scuba Diver. Before the course you will be required to undertake some online theory which will take approximately 6-8 hours, this can be started today and be done in your own time and at your own pace. The days are full days 8 am to 5 pm. Day one involves confined water training for approximately 3 hours followed by two ocean dive. Inclusions: - PADI Scuba Diver Certification Card. - One-day lessons (pool sessions & Two ocean dives) - Courses start at your convenience - All gear supplied during the course (no need to buy anything) - Light lunch each day - Free photos for your certification card - Padi eLearning will receive 7 years' access to the online eLearning as reference material. - A Free Fotaflow photo package to all students on this course. Our staff has been specially trained to capture the best possible photos and videos of your adventure. PADI Scuba Divers are qualified to: - Dive under the direct supervision of a PADI Professional to a maximum depth of 12 metres - Obtain air fills, rent or purchase scuba equipment and participate in dive activities as long as properly supervised. - Continue dive training by completing the PADI Open Water Diver

A PADI Master Scuba trainer who works extensive experience as a scuba diver and PADI dive instructor both in Australia and around the world. Along with extensive training as a PADI Scuba Instructor, I am also a EFR (First Aid & CPR) instructor. I am backed by the support of Abyss Scuba Diving, Sydney's largest PADI Instructor Training Centre.

Where you'll be

The ocean conditions variable so we choose the locations best suited to the daily conditions. Typically day one begins with a pool session at San Souci Leisure Centre, followed by an ocean dive at most appropriate ocean location depending on the conditions of the day.

Outdoor activities carry risks, and you may be exposed to dangerous situations as part of this experience. Make sure you can participate safely given your abilities and the conditions (such as location, weather, and equipment).

Cancellation policy

Any experience can be canceled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Communication policy

Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside of the Airbnb website or app.

Guest requirements

More tips

To become a scuba diver, you need to be comfortable in the water and have basic swimming skills. Your instructor will have you do a ten-minute float/ treat water.
