I will warmly receive you at home, in my kitchen where I enjoy making lots of delicious food. We are going to cook must-have costarican recipes: two versions of famous gallo pinto, onions omelette, fried plantain, sour cream, home baked bread and handmade cheese tortillas. Tasting menu
You are going to try all of the dishes, as mentioned: Gallo pinto, onion omelette, fried plantain, sour cream, bread, cheese tortillas and other seasonal products. If you have any specific diet request, I will appreciate that you let me know in advance to provide options to meet your needs.
Coffee, Juice, Soft drinks, Tea and Water
You will have different beverages, as listed: Coffee, tea, "agua dulce", seasonal fruits refreshments and orange juice. If you have any specific diet request, I will appreciate that you let me know in advance so that I can provide options that fit your needs.
Bus and Car
Based on your preferences, we can take public bus, we can use Uber and/or I can arrange transportation with a relative so that we travel with known and trusted people.

What to bring

I will only remind that if you have any specific dietary need, to let me know in order to provide optiones to fit your needs.
Because the weather is unpredictable, I suggest that you bring raincoats and comfortable shoes.
If you are under medication, I woudl like to know so that I can get prepared for any situation.

Where you'll be

We can meet in San José downtown, where I can give you a quick tour of the most iconic building of the city. After that, we are going to move to Moravia city where I live. To get there, we can either take public transportation or I can arrange it by car so that we get there in the most comfortable fashion for you.
