What you'll do

On our Analog Street Photography adventure, the focus will be on taking photos, where questions are welcomed and experimentation is always encouraged. We’ll be agreeing ahead of time on a convenient meeting place in Downtown Toronto where I will provide you with a vintage Analog camera of your choice, a roll of 36 exposure Kodak Tri-X 400 Film and some practical field notes. We’ll talk about the functions and operation of the camera such as focusing, exposure settings, etc and then begin our Photo walk. Once our film roll runs out, we’ll be done with our walking photo tour, and I will develop the film and scan the images, sending them to you via email the following day. I’ll arrange to get you your Negatives back to you as well, via post or meeting up again in person. *Note time slots are flexible. If you don’t see availability for the time you are looking for, you can make a request. Let me know what works best for you and your itinerary?

Deryck

Hi, I’m Deryck, owner of #BLKBX Studios and a commercial photographer based in Toronto, Canada. My Photography career has taken me around the world with the opportunity to work and shoot in Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, and North America. The excitement around Black and White film photography has never been lost on me as I truly enjoy the craft of capturing images on film, developing and printing its results.
