What you'll do
I will introduce you to the world of Sea-cuterie. From Curing Salmon, to brining mackerel. A confit of octopus or White tuna Conserva. We will touch on Scout's Fave Ethical and traceable Sea-cuterie Dishes.
I am a PEI Native and am often identified by my cabal as “Maritime Chic”. My East Coast hospitality is absolutely magnetic, pulling farmers, clients, & restaurateurs alike across provinces. My biggest passion is sharing my favourite foods with as many mouths as possible. I have over 10 years of practice as a chef & Culinarian, and in that time, have forged a reputation for myself as a creative multi-tasker utterly dedicated to the art and craft of cooking. I look forward to meeting you!

We are going deep into Scouts headquarters, with the occasional field trip to a local fish distributor.

Up to 10 guests ages 18 and up can attend.
You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
This experience includes alcohol. Only guests who meet the legal drinking age will be served alcoholic beverages.
Bring your favourite knife, pin boning tool and an open mind to trying something that was old that is new again.
