What you'll do
Eating and traveling are two of the main pleasures in life. Trying new dishes in places I visit is something I have always enjoyed, so I want to share vegan Colombian recipes with the travelers. The experience consists in having a vegan traditional breakfast in downtown, in that time, we will get to know each other and the guests interests. Then we will go to a Plaza to get the ingredients we need for the plate we are going to make. While being there, we will try exotic fruits. Finally we will go to the restaurant where we'll cook a traditional colombian dish in it's vegan version.

Colombian, vegan, traveler, professor and entrepreneur. I've travel the country my whole life, visited 10 countries and lived in the US for a while. I've been vegetarian for 15 years and vegan for 7. I cook in my daily basis and have learned to transform traditional recipes to their vegan version. I want to share our traditional kitchen with travelers that are vegan, vegetarian or omnivore, we can all use to eat differently and try new ways of eating. I teach recipes at friend's houses and for a year I created recipes at the educational institute La Mana. I want to share these recipes with travelers interested in Colombian gastronomy and off course, take the opportunity to make new friends from all over the world.
