What you'll do
We'll meet at Battery Park, at the southern tip of Manhattan, and make our way to the Statue of Liberty. Designed by Frédéric Auguste Bartholdi, this iconic copper statue was built by Gustave Eiffel and was dedicated on October 28, 1886. We'll continue to see Ellis Island, opened in 1892 as a federal immigration station before closing in 1954. We'll have a fully escorted visits to the Statue of Liberty Grounds, Wall Street, the Stock Exchange, and the 9/11 Memorial Pools. We will also visit the National September 11 Memorial—it's the principal memorial commemorating the September 11 terrorist attacks of 2001, located at Ground Zero—the former location of the collapsed Twin Towers. Either I will be your guide, or you'll be with another New Yorker who will tell you their 9/11 stories as you visit Ground Zero.

Our guide arrived 30 minutes late. The experience as listed described visiting Wall St and the 9/11 Memorial. That didn't happen and we only saw the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. The only personalized part of the tour was visiting the Statue. At Ellis Island we were dropped off and told we could take the boat back to Manhattan whenever we wanted.

This tour was supposed to have included the 9/11 museum. We paid $64 each for this tour and all the guide did was take us on the ferry to Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty, which only cost $26. What a rip off. We should receive a refund.

Although he was late (I get tours can run over) Caesar really saved y’all. All 3 stars go to him & him alone! BEST TOUR GUIDE EVER!!!
I didn’t appreciate the lack of communication or trying to be pushed to a different group time without explanation as to why or without being offered another option. We waited for about 40min (tour was scheduled for 1030, instrustions said to be 15min early, didn’t leave until 11:15 & missed ferry) they tried to switch me to the 1 oclock group without any accommodation which was several hours later not caring if it interfered with other plans/tours & still have yet to receive that OR a simple apology. It wasn’t until I got stern and asked for management that they tried to work with me-don’t appreciate that at all.
Aside from the initial mishaps, tour was amazing. AGAIN BECAUSE OF CAESAR!
