What we’ll do

Your day begins with a relatively easy hike down to a hidden, spring fed lake. As we check our gear, I will help familiarize you with the fish techniques we will be using while on the water. Depending on the time of year, we may be trolling over deep water or casting spinners around the abandoned beaver lodge on the east side of the lake. We will be fishing wild fish on public waters, there is no guarantee that we will catch fish. I do guarantee that I will give you an 100% effort each day, use safe equipment and prepare good food. Be prepared for inclement weather and the possibility that you may get a little wet & dirty.

What I’ll provide

Snacks and Lunch
I provide trail mix, gernola bars, and beef jerky. All of these trips include a shore lunch. Pizza, wraps, chilies and pasta are all popular lunch items. Let me know if you have any lunch requests, and I will make sure to get it on the menu.
Coffee, Juice, Soft drinks, Tea and Water
I provide water, tea, coffee and soft drinks.
Outdoor gear and Safety equipment
I provide all the paddling and fishing gear that you will need. Including the canoe, paddles, life vest and fishing tackle.

Where you'll be

The Adirondack landscape is dotted with hundreds of Brook Trout ponds ready to be explored. Wooded shorelines, distant mountains and the occasional loon make for a great wilderness experience. Couple this with some excellent fishing and you have a trip you won't soon forget. We will be fishing a small public lake. Located only a short drive from the town of Cranberry Lake.

Things to keep in mind

Cancellation policy

Any experience can be canceled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Communication policy

Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside of the Airbnb website or app.

Guest requirements

Up to 3 guests ages 14 and up can attend. Must have a NYS fishing license
