What to bring
Hello! Please take a few moment to read some recommendations on what to prepare to bring to make your outdoor experience as comfortable a possible!, This beautiful meditation journey will be held outdoors during the morning hour, temperatures can change at random so please dress warmly with layers you can remove comfortably. Since this is a meditation experience you may wish to be laying down so please bring blankets, towels or yoga mat., Sunshine and blue skies are wonderful and make the experience amazing, except when the sun decides to be on full blast! As a just in case I highly recommend bringing something extra like a small covering to cover your eyes and face., Please bring any extra outdoor sun protection like eye shades and sun block!, Lastly, I encourage all to bring any items that are dear to you, ritual, spiritual, crystals and essential oils to make your experience that much more energetically uplifting!!, Please contact me for help on any recommendations!
