What we’ll do

I'm looking forward to giving my guests not only a taste of some great local whiskies, but discussions about them as well. •5:00pm: Starting at the fantastic and renown Hobart whisky bar, Lark, on the waterfront, we will kick off sampling 2 local whiskies and discuss whisky production and methods, the materials used and why, as well as the history of distilling in Australia, and the advantages…

You will not be able to drive if you partake in the full tasting. If you require to remain under the 0.05 limit, I will need to know in advance. For non-whisky drinkers joining the group, there is a variety of other Tasmanian beverages you will be able to enjoy.
