What you'll do

You'll arrive into a very calm, peaceful and quiet space with at most 3 other guests. We'll learn about the 6 different types of tea (white, green, yellow, oolong, red, and puer) and then touch, smell and taste three of them. Each tea is cultivated from a very old tea tree (100-500 years old) by Zen Monk Mudeng for the highest medicinal and health benefits. As we allow ourselves to sink into the tranquility, centeredness, and grounded openness the tea provides, I'll play some live music and lead us through a mind-body awareness and tea as life learning experience together. We'll end with some beautiful fresh fruits and bites.

Mina

I founded East West Bridge to connect Eastern and Western wisdom and bring to life the meaning behind ancient traditions for modern society. I train with Chan (Zen) monk Mudeng on the Tao of Tea as a sensory and experiential doorway to life's deeper learnings and enhanced mind-body awareness, posture, and breathe for holistic well-being. All the teas we drink are very rare medicinal meditation teas directly cultivated and made by Mudeng herself to open our energy channels. I spend my time as a strategist for the consciousness and well-being movement in China and the USA, working with companies in the Bay Area on culture change towards empathy, vulnerability, non-judgement and wonder, and as an executive coach for senior leaders wanting to better navigate their emotional and interpersonal landscape.
