What you'll do
In this cooking workshop, we will prepare three types Mediterranean dishes, including a main course, a side dish (e.g. salad) and a desert. We will learn how to prepare a traditional main course Mediterranean dish (Dolmades: Stuffed Grape Leaves), Greek Salad and Greek Semolina cake.

I am an experienced cook and I volunteer as a cook in Oasis Café in Canterbury. I have been preparing Mediterranean dishes over the last decade. I have experience in cooking at least fifty different types of dishes including meals, salads, deserts and snacks.
Where you'll be
This workshop will take place in a residential property. The kitchen includes an oven, stove, cooking pans and cutlery.
