What we’ll do

I invite you to experience a 45-minute small group fitness session led by an ACE certified group fitness instructor. This outdoor session provides a full-body workout to challenge you at your own fitness level. We will start with a few moments to ground ourselves in the present then move into a warm-up to prepare our bodies for the work ahead. Next, we will spend time engaging our major…

What else you should know

All fitness levels are welcome at this experience. Exercise modifications will be demonstrated to provide the right amount of challenge for you. Participants are required to sign a waiver prior to starting the session. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to read and sign the waiver and get settled.

What I’ll provide

Snacks
A small healthy snack will be provided for those who want to connect following the workout. Please let me know if you have any dietary restrictions when booking the experience.
Water
Fruit-infused water will be provided following the workout.
Sports equipment
Exercise mats and dumbbells are provided. You may bring your own mat if desired.

What to bring

Water to drink during the workout

Yoga/barre socks - optional
Wear weather-appropriate activewear. Sessions are conducted in bare feet or in yoga/barre socks.

Where you'll be

This one-hour experience is held in my backyard. My neighborhood is 10 minutes north of the airport. Most sessions will be on the concrete pads surrounding the pool but some may be held in a grassy area.

Cancellation policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 7 days before the experience is scheduled to start or within 24 hours of purchase.

Communication policy

Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside of the Airbnb website or app.

Guest requirements

Up to 6 guests ages 16 and up can attend.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
