What you'll do

First, we will break the ice over some seasonal sangria or some local brewery beers. Then, we will get prepped and ready to cook! Make sure you come hungry! In my cooking class you will learn: The history behind New England Clam Chowda and Lobsta Bisque. Find out what makes it different from Manhattan Chowder. How saying Lobsta' and Chowda' with a Bostonian accent adds to the overall flavor of the dish. How to make Lobsta' Bique or New England Clam Chowda' from scratch. (Even down to cooking lobster tails or shuckin' clams.) The secret to creating unforgettable Lobsta' Bisque or New England Clam Chowda' ( here's a hint... it's not the fish). How to garnish your plate like a pro all fancy like. and so much more! *Please note that the market price of Lobster Tails change in the winter so I will be a extra $10 if you chose to make Lobster Bisque.
