I’m an adventurous foodie and self-taught international cook. I have taught children, friends, and culinarians. Most recently, I worked in Walt Disney World show kitchens for two years.

I would love to create and customize your experience for one-of-a-kind memories! My classes are geared towards those who want to learn how to make their favorite foods or branch out into new regions of flavor.

I am highly interactive and hands-on. You will be making and bringing home everything you eat. On special occasions, I can come to your home or be your personal chef (if you’d rather not cook).

This is a great experience if you’re looking for an activity to do with friends or a love one. Terri was accommodating to our request to make Beef Wellington organizing the recipe in a timely and efficient manner. I think it’s better if you leave it to her to decide what to cook or allow her to make her specialty. The Beef Wellington okay. There was an upcharge of $20 because she had to purchase filet mignon which wasn’t tender. Overall the quality of the dish didn’t match up with the price of $140. I do not mind the costs as long as my belly is satisfied. We chose a dish that took longer than two hours and tried to make it fit. I’m sure if there was time, it would taste better since we’d copy Gordon Ramsey’s recipe. I’d personally avoid the balsamic sherri. It was an active experience . You won’t be bored or disappointed. She friendly and a great conversationalist.

Terri is an absolutely amazing cooking instructor! It’s like having a friend who just happens to be a great chef, who’s house you drop by to learn to cook a great dinner. She makes you feel so comfortable and welcome and she really takes the time to make sure you’re enjoying yourself and learning at the same time. Nothing felt to difficult/out of our comfort zone, and they were dishes we definitely feel we could recreate at home without feeling overwhelmed. The end result is a beautiful meal that you feel so proud of to have contributed to! My girlfriend and I are so happy we did this at the start of our vacation. Though I’m not sure anything else is going to live up to this now for the rest of the week!

My husband and I took this class and really enjoyed the experience. We had taken a different cooking class before (not from airbnb) with lots of people so it wasn't hands on; however, this experience with Terri really was! We got to make all the food ourselves, she showed us how to cut vegetables and worked with our skill level. We made Chap Chae (Korean Sweet Potato Noodle Dish) with Korean BBQ meat. It was delicious! I feel like I can make this dish again. Thanks, Terri!

Terri was absolutely wonderful! My wife and I spend an evening with her learning to cook a cuisine that was completely new to us. She made us feel welcome, answered all our questions, and was a clear communicator when it came to teaching us about the new foods and skills. She helped us learn in a way that we could take with us and easily use in our own home, and we plan to! Highly recommend.
