What you'll do

I will explain to the guests the need for a revolution in agriculture: I want to bring the shade of trees back into the fields, I don't want to use mechanical equipment for working the soil, I want to defend local traditions and make use of renewable energy. I will explain with the help of simple teaching tools the danger of soil erosion and the environmental risk of conventional agriculture. I will accompany the tourist to the visit of my farm which is rich in trees necessary for the maintenance of the biodiversity necessary for a cultivation where it is possible to reduce insecticides and plant protection products, I will explain the technique of non-tillage of the soil and the role of earthworms and all the insects that live in the first centimeters of depth of the ground, I will bring the tourist closer to the hives and to the infinite amazement that a colony of bees arouses, I will tell and I will visit the small pig farm outdoors and I will illustrate the techniques of transformation of pork and the conservation of sausages, I will give an explanation of the photovoltaic system and the advantages of renewable energy and, finally, I will accompany the tourist to the visit of the airfield for model aircraft present in the farm itself.
Other things to note
The visit to my farm is educational for passionate farmers and for students of agriculture and is an opportunity for fun and play for families with children and the elderly.

For many years I have been cultivating the soil of the DA SCHIO farm in a sustainable way and I want to convey my experience. I am convinced that agriculture can favor the sequestration of carbon dioxide in primary production, in the defense of soil biodiversity, in the cultivation of trees on the edges of fields and in the use of renewable energies. I do not work the land, to defend it from erosion and I do not practice monoculture, for a respect for the agricultural rotation which is useful for the production and orderly distribution of the work during the year. I support and practice the oldest local traditions because they have shaped a landscape rich in shapes and colors and have promoted food and wine productions rich in aromas and flavors. I favor the social integration of foreign workers.

Tutto buonissimo! Grazie Francesco!
