What we’ll do

We’ll warm up with some stretches and awaken conscious breathing, then hike the hills through garden vistas and epic staircases that lead to practicing asanas in scenic parks, all while exploring gorgeous San Francisco. Close with a meditation to calm the mind and refresh. Be ready for a mix of cardio, cleansing yoga and a rejuvenating cool down.

What to bring

Please bring drinking water and friends :) Dress in layers, especially a jacket for the cool down. No yoga mat needed.

Where you'll be

Meet at Pier 27 by the San Francisco bay on the Embarcadero and tour the garden staircases widening through North Beach and Russian Hill. Route varies, often includes a visit to the lawn below Coit Tower for scenic views.
