Everyone loves pesto! I'm the owner of the restaurant inside the Farm Mamma Chica and I learned to make pesto since I was a child, like a real ligurian. It was one of the first recipe that my grandmother tought me. I love the idea to share with other people the real recipe of Ligurian Pesto. Nothing is better than a good pesto made with fresh ingredients, according to tradition.
