What we’ll do

This is a tour that delves deep into the traditions and culture of the people of Madrid. The tour takes you to the nooks and crannies of Madrid that most tourists would never find on their own and explains stories of the people who lived there and shaped the city to make it what it is today. We will take you through the oldest streets of Madrid, explain when and how Madrid became the capital city,…

What else you should know

We will be discovering Madrid on foot so will deal with whatever mother nature throws at us. (hopefully Spain's famous sunshine) The streets are narrow and uneven, so wear comfortable shoes and bring a bottle of water if it is hot.

What to bring

This is a walking tour experience. As Madrid's streets aren't perfectly even, bring comfortable walking shoes. A hat and water in the summer, and umbrella and jacket in the winter.
A water bottle, especially in warmer weather
An umbrella on cloudy days

La Latina is one of the oldest areas of Madrid, wandering through hopefully will give you a taste of what Madrid was like in the 1400s. Mercado San Miguel Plaza Mayor Almudena Cathedral Royal Palace
