What you'll do
I will teach you how to make cavatelli and orecchiette, which is the typical pasta of Apulia Sunday. I will share with you all the recipes and secrets inherited from my grandmother. We will make pasta together. We wait for fresh pasta to dry in the sun. Just like tradition, we want to make bread with homemade products: focaccia, pizza di cipolla. Then we will walk in our fields between olive trees and figs. We will visit the vegetable garden.
