What we’ll do

Everyone has superpowers, what are yours? We'll grab tea or coffee, then stroll through historic Volunteer Park. We'll find a spot for a reflection activity that's designed to get to the root of your brilliance. This coaching session will reveal insights about what helps you get in "flow," so you can walk away with more direction and clarity about what helps you thrive in life and work…

What else you should know

Wear an outfit that works for being in a park—walking shoes, raincoat, and so on. If the weather is bad or if you prefer not to walk, we can stay at Volunteer Park Cafe. If you'd like to find time that's not listed on my calendar, reach out!

Where you'll be

We'll meet at Volunteer Park Cafe in the popular Capitol Hill neighborhood, then walk five minutes to the park, which is one of my favorite spots in the city. Designed by the Olmsted brothers of Central Park fame, Volunteer Park has historic charm and views of the city when the clouds part.
