What's better than eating healthy delicious food? Ask Aunt V teaches the techniques for a lifetime of great cooking that is nutritionally smart. Our belief is how and where your food is grown is as important as what you prepare. Learn how to select your ingredients for the best taste and nutritional profile.

The class starts out with basic knife skills. Next we go through the process of preparing, organizing and arranging the ingredients required for the menu items; a lesson in the culinary technique of "mise en place", everything in its place. When the meal is complete, we plate the food and it is served for everyone to enjoy!

Cooking Classes you will Love! Classes are available Thursday and Saturday nights.

Ask Aunt V hosts small classes. The classes are held in a professional kitchen but the atmosphere is more like visiting your family, or meeting with friends, to learn new cooking skills, prepare a meal, and enjoy spending time together. Everyone contributes to preparing their own meal. We are happy to accommodate any dietary requirements or preferences if we are advised in advance.

Cancellation policy

Any experience can be canceled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.

Guest requirements

Up to 10 guests ages 8 and up can attend. Parents may also bring children under 2 years of age.

What to bring

All ingredients are provided for guests. You are welcome to bring small containers in case there are any leftovers.
