Lessons will be held in the revitalizing energy of a dance studio located in the heart of downtown. Just like every physical activity; the warm up is essential to optimize full range of motion! I have come up with a few different twerk specific movements in the warm up routine to get your hips, legs, and core activated. Where you'll be

We will conduct our dance experience in a studio located in downtown Pittsburgh and close proximity to the university of Pittsburgh. This studio is suitable for everyone and is my personal favorite in the city, due to the culture and outreach towards the community. A great location for pics and videos!
