About your host

Originally from Italy, I learned acro when I moved to California in 2008 and since then I never stopped learning and teaching. I enjoy geeking out on movement arts and biomechanics while having fun, teaching Acroyoga and Ashtanga Yoga.

Where you'll be

If it's a nice warm day to be outside, we will meet at Dolores park. The park is easily accessible with public transportation since it's only a few blocks away from the Bart station on Mission and 24th or 16th Street. The walk is a nice warm up for our class! In case it's a rainy day, we will meet at a local circus and gymnastics gym near Balboa Park but we will always confirm that first.
