What you'll do

Give yourself the opportunity to be led to a fun-filled workshop involving Art, Yoga, Meditation & Breathing Exercises, that will immerse your mind, body, and soul to the wonders of the ocean. A perfect opportunity for a tourist to see the Jerico beach as well. Or, if the weather doesn't permit outdoors, we can do it right at your own hotel. Do you want to reduce stress, over-come depression and experience more joy & peace? Or perhaps you want to increase your creativity, & self-expression? This program uses centuries old techniques to unlock your subconscious mind, allowing you to release pain, better handle your mind & process negative emotions. It also brings a sense of inner peace, work-life balance & improved relation with your loved ones. We will start the day with a quiet 10 min meditation & positive visualization, followed by morning yoga. Then we move forward to discussing our life and how we want to improve it. After that, comes the expression through art. Art helps to combine all the life discussions together. Final step is breathing exercise which removes the toxins from our body and increases oxygen in our organs for better functioning. Lets grow a mindful lifestyle with us, at the Soothing environment of the beach or at the comfort of your own hotel.

My name is Sausan. I have been learning Art therapy since childhood out of passion. However, I lived the past 6 yrs in Bangladesh, and the culture & traditions of the country pulled me into meditation & yoga . My curiosity eventually lead me to attend workshops in India & Bangladesh, where I learned how art therapy & meditation can be combined together. I have also completed a course from McMaster University on Minfulness. In this course "Art of Happiness" I use century old techniques to relax the mind, body & soul. The combination of yoga, meditation & art therapy is a powerful tool to open your soul to creativity, new experiences & leave the anxiety, & depression behind .

Guest requirements

Up to 10 guests ages 12 and up can attend. Guests should be comfortable to focus attention in an open public beach.

More tips

Remember to wear comfortable clothes for easy movement, & you will have to remove shoes. I would also suggest to bring your Phone & Ear phones to listen to a meditative Audio
