About your host

I'm a PhD student of Ecology in the Faculty of Science at Charles University. I work for a company called Prague Truffle. We are very small, "punk" company consisting of only two PhD students, but we supply all of the Czech Republic's Michelin-starred restaurants :-). Besides nature and ecology, my hobbies include photography and cooking.
